Vegetable wraps or veg rolls ( non fried) are an easy snack which can also be used for breakfast, lunch for kids or as quick bite during travel. A healthier option is to use the whole wheat during the preparation of wraps. Avoid Maida for wraps, even though it may be tastier and looks good.
You can use the vegetables of your choice instead of the vegetables mentioned here. The preparation which we used here is has taken care of the nutritional needs and presentation.

Recipe for Veg Rolls | Vegetable Wraps | Vegetable Rolls
Add ginger and garlic paste and saute on low flame for a few seconds till the raw smell is gone.
Once the ginger and garlic paste is saute properly , add all the vegetables except onions and paneer and coriander leaves.
Add salt, chilli, coriander, garam masala and chat masala powder.
Sauté till the raw smell is gone.
Vegetable mix is ready.
Prepration of wraps for the vegetables
Mix atta, salt, few drops of oil and warm water to make chapatti dough.
Roll into chapattis and cook both sides.
Final preparation.
Place the vegetable mixture in the middle of each chapatti, along with the sliced onions.
Roll tightly and wrap with butter paper/ foil if required.
Serve hot with homemade ketchup.
Notes
You can add some chilli sauce. and tomato sauce in the vegetable mix for a better taste
