150 grams of noodles of your choice preferably plane one
3 cups of water
1 teaspoon of oil
Half teaspoon of salt

Instructions
Preparation of Soup
In a pan heat the oil
Add chopped onion and saute for a while, till it is translucent
Mix garlic and green chilli and saute for around 30 seconds and till the raw smell of ginger fades
Addin tomatoes and cabbage and saute till the vegetables are soft.
Add the dry spices like red chilli powder Garam Masala, chicken masala and salt
Mix it properly and cook for another half a minute
Add the Maggi magic masala and mix properly.
Now pressure cook the whole ingredients upto 2 whistles.
Let the pressure releases and after that open the pressure cooker
Add chopped cilantro and Adjust the spices as per your wish

Crack the egg with a spoon and transfer it into a bowl
Add a Pinch of salt and beat it will.
Heat the oil in a pan and spread the beaten egg into it to cook
Flip the omelette and cook the other side as well
Once omelette is ready cut it into stripes and keep it aside.
Final assembly of Tupka noodles
In a bowl Add in the cooked noodles
Pour in the the previously prepared soup till the noodles are immersed.
Add the omletter stripes in to it
garnish it with cilantro
Serve hot
