Tangy Pudding

Ingredients for Tangy Pudding

Milk : Half Litre

eggs : 3

sugar : 12 tablespoon

condensed milk : Half cup

Ingredients for Tangy Sauce

4 tea spoons tang powder

2 table spoons lime juice

3 table spoon sugar

4 table spoon butter

To make pudding

  1. Whisk the eggs in the milk with an egg beater, add sugar and condensed milk
  2. Whip it properly once you get a smooth mix
  3. Steam it in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes on a low flame
  4. Once the pudding is done,let it cool
To make Tangy Sauce
1. Mix the tang powder with sugar, lime juice and butter and pour the tangy sauce over the pudding
Refrigerate for an hour and your tangy pudding is ready.
