Serving size of Sweet Corn Bacon Soup Recipe:

Ingredients to prepare Sweet Corn Bacon Soup:

Onion – 1
Milk – 1/4 litre
Butter – 2 tbsps
Sweet corn – 1 сuр
Flour — 2. tbsps
Salt and pepper – to taste
Water – 1/4 litre
Bacon – 4 Rashers
Aji-no-motto – a pinch( optional)

Method to prepare Sweet Corn Bacon Soup:

  1. Peel and chop onion.
  2. Fry in butter for few minutes.
  3. Stir in flour and add water and milk, stirring until thickened.
  4. Add sweet corn and season to taste.
  5. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add Aji-no-motto. De-rind Bacon rashers, cut in halves and roll.
  7. Grill and serve on soup.
  8. Garnish as per your will

For variations :
Use cooked chicken meat, lightly fried and add to the soup before serving.
