Serving size of the Sprouted Salad : 2

Ingredients to prepare Sprouted Salad

  1. Green Gram  sprouted : one cup
  2. Grated coconut :1 cup
  3. Carrot grated :half a cup
  4. Sliced tomato :half a cup with seeds removed
  5. Groundnut fried : quarter cup
  6. Kismis : Two big   spoons
  7. Aval or Flattened rice :1 cup
  8. Green chilli : finely chopped one big spoon
  9. Lemon juice : small spoon half
  10. Coriander leaves  : finely chopped quarter cup
  11. Salt : as per requirement

Directions to prepare Sprouted Salad

Mix all the ingredients above  and serve fresh.
