Spicy Egg Potato Fry: A delicious potato egg and dry curry as a side dish for Chappati, Appam puttu or even with rice

Spicy Egg Potato Fry

Ingredients
  • Garam Masala 1 tablespoon
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 and ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Boiled Egg 4
  • Cooked ( boiled)Potato 3 (cut into wedges)
  • Onion 2 (sliced)
  • Curry leaves 1 sprig
  • Oil 3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a thick-bottomed pan.
  2. Add onions and curry leaves. sauté well till it is translucent in color
  3. Add Garam Masala, Chilli powder, Turmeric Powder , Coriander Powder, Curry leaves, salt and vinegar.
  4. Put in the potato pieces, pour some water, let it cook till the mixture starts coating the pieces.
  5. Add boiled eggs and mix lightly till the masala starts turning dry.
  6. Serve hot with chappatis, Roti, Appam or puttu.
