Spicy Beef Roast

Serving Size:12

Ingredients:

  1. 3 pound round tip roast
  2. 1 to 2 tablespoons cracked black peppercorns
  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  5. 4 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  6. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  7. 2 teaspoons dry mustard

 

Procedure:

  1. Rub cracked pepper and minced garlic onto roast. Put roast in Crock-Pot. Make several shallow slits in top of roast.
  2. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover; cook on Low 8 to 10 hours (High: 4 to 5 hours). Makes 12 servings.
