Serving size off Soya Masala Fry

Ingredients to prepare Soya Masala Fry

  1. Cooked soya chunks :  1 cup
  2. Onion : cut in two long pieces  2
  3. Oil : quarter cup
  4. Chili powder : 1 teaspoon
  5. Turmeric powder : quarter teaspoon
  6. Coriander powder : 2 teaspoon
  7. Crushed Ginger : half teaspoon
  8. Garlic :  crashed 1 teaspoon
  9. Salt : As per requirement
  10. Tomato : cut into big pieces
  11. Pepper : quarter teaspoon
  12. Cinnamon and clove powdered : one teaspoon
  13. Curry leaves : 2 twigs

Directions to prepare Soya Masala Fry

  1. Heat the oil and saute the onion. Add ingredients from 4 to8 and saute properly
  2.  Add cooked soya chunks 2 tablespoon water and salt.  cover with a lid and cook in  low flame for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomato, pepper powder, garam masala powder(Cinnamon and clove powder ) into it and fry it in low flame
  4. Add curry leaves and serve it
