Russian Carrot Sweet(cake)

Serving Size: 2-4

Ingredients:

  1. 2 c grated carrot
  2. 200 g butter
  3. 2 ea eggs
  4. 1 c sugar
  5. Flour to knead stiff dough

 

Icing:

  1. 150 g butter
  2. 1 c sweet condensed milk.

 

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar; melt butter in a separate bowl. Combine them and add a pinch of baking powder, then stir in grated carrot and add flour, stirring constantly until you have stiff dough. Roll out 3 flat cakes. Bake them in a preheated oven until light brown on average heat. Icing: Whisk sweet condensed milk with butter in a mixer and spread on every flat cake. Decorate the cake with chopped almonds and walnuts.
