Potato Cheese wedges

Try this healthy snack which you kid like. Instead of going for a frozen and processed you can go for this home made dish

Serving size of  Potato Cheese wedges : 2

Ingredients to prepare Potato Cheese wedges 

  1.  Potato : 4
  2.  Grated cheese : 1 cup
    Celery finely chopped : 2 Big spoons
    Spring Onion finely chopped : 1 big spoon
    Pepper powder, mustard powder and salt: As per requirement

Directions to prepare Potato Cheese wedges

  1. Without peeling clean the potato properly cut the potatoes long into 6 pieces
  2. Mix the items in number 2 in the above list of  Ingredients
  3. Take 3/4 of the mixture and add potato into it
  4. Keep the potato cheese mixture aside for sometime say for half an hour.
  5. Spread it in a baking sheet without touching each other
  6. Bake it in an oven for half an hour
  7. See whether the potato is cooked properly using a fork
  8. Once baking is complete add the remaining ingredients of the mixture (item 2 mix) and serve

Note: Garnish with sauce, pepper powder, coriander leaves or any ingredient of your liking if required before serving.
