Potato Fritters

Serving Size: 10+


  1. 3 cups plain flour
  2. 3 large potatoes, grated
  3. 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  4. 1 can corn, drained
  5. salt and pepper to taste
  6. 3 cups milk
  7. vegetable oil for frying



  1. Add potatoes, onion, corn and salt and pepper to the flour and mix well.
  2. Add milk slowly until you have a thick batter-like consistency.
  3. Drop tablespoonsof the mixture into a hot frying pan and cook both on sides until golden brown.
