Ingredients to prepare simple and a mouth watering omelet
Eggs – 2
Onion – 1
Green chili – 2
Salt
Chili powder
Oil
Directions to prepare an omelet
First of all take two fresh eggs from the carton and keep them a side.
Then take an onion and two green chili. Clean them in fresh water.
After cleaning the onion and the green chili, you have to slice them into very small pieces (so that they get mixed with egg yolk easily).
Take a small bowl and put the sliced onion and green chili into the bowl.
Then add enough salt and slight amount of chili powder to the onion and green chili pieces
Then mix them properly with a spoon, after mixing them break the eggs carefully and pour the egg yolk into the bowl of mixture.
Once again mix it well until everything comes together.
Then take a pan and put it on the stove. Let the pan heat for some time.
After the pan heats, pour the semi solid mixture on to the pan and spread it evenly over the pan in a circle.
Then add some amount of oil around the rim of the egg mixture circle and leave it for 2 minutes for the mixture to cook.
After two minutes your mouth watering omelet is ready to eat.
Note: Omelet may be eaten with rice or can also be eaten as a snack separately.
About: Omelet as you know is made up of egg, which is a rich source of calcium and gives strength to human body. Though boiled egg is considered to be healthier than the omelet, people favor omelet over boiled egg because of the difference in taste.
