Serving size of Mushroom Soup recipe : 3

Ingredients for preparing Mushroom Soup:

  1. Butter — 2. tbsps
  2. Flour – 2 tbsps
  3. Onion – 1 finely chopped
  4. Milk – 1 Cup
  5. Egg – 1
  6. Mushroom – 500 gms sliced
  7. Cream 1 cup
  8. Chicken stock – 1 cup
  9. Salt and pepper to taste

Directions to prepare Mushroom Soup:

  1. Melt butter in a heavy bottomed pan.
  2. Add the onions and mushrooms and fry until they are soft and cooked.
  3. Then add flour and stir. Now add the stock and milk.
  4. Stir and set it boil gently for 30 minutes
  5. Beat the egg,add the cream and add this mixture to the soup taking care to avoid curdling.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and when done, put off the fire and serve hot.
