Mango Sorbet : A Summer Cooler

Mango Sorbet Recipe: Sorbet is a dessert made from fruit pulp, juice or sweetened water. This recipe is best for serving guests as well as for a party. Avoid gelatin if this is made for home use as yummrecipes promotes healthy food recipes.

Serving size off Mango Sorbet

Ingredients to Prepare Mango Sorbet

  1. Mango pulp : 1 cup
  2. Gelatin : one big spoon
  3. Cold water : Two big spoon
  4. Hot water : Half cup
  5. Lemon juice : Half big spoon
  6. Sugar : Half cup

Directions to prepare Mango Sorbet

  1. Soften the gelatin using the cold water
  2. Pour hot water Into gelatin and mix it properly so that gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Mix the gelatin water into the mango pulp
  4. Blend the above mixture with lemon juice and sugar in a mixer grinder properly
  5. Keep it in the freezer and let it set for some time
  6. When it is half set blend it again in a mixer grinder and and keep it in the freezer to set properly
  7. Once it is set serve it as scoops.
