Serving size of the Chicken Burger : 4

Ingredients to make  Chicken Burger

Section 1

  1. Minced chicken :  2 cups
  2. Ginger finely chopped  : 2 small spoons
  3. Garlic  : six cloves, finely  chopped
  4. Onion : finely chopped half cup
  5. Coriander leaves:  finely chopped half a cup
  6. Salt : as per requirement
  7. Garam Masala : small spoon half
  8. Bread powder : half a cup
  9. Egg :one
  10. Jeera powder : one small spoon
  11. Lemon juice : one small school
  12. Green chilli: one finely chopped
  13. Oil  : one big spoon

Section 2

  1. Mayonnaise  : 7 big  spoons
  2. Coriander leaves : Finely chopped one big spoon
  3. Pudina leaves : finely chopped 2 small Sports
  4. Lemon juice : one small spoon
  5. Salt : as per requirement
  6. Pepper powder : half small spoon
  7. Burger bun splitted :  4
  8. Lettuce leaf : as per requirement
  9. Tomato one : cut in big round Pieces

Directions to prepare Chicken Burger 

  1. For patties mix the ingredients in the Section 1  and keep in the fridge for an hour.
  2. After 1 hour take the  minced mix and roll into the shape of patties
  3. Spread it in a baking sheet  and bake it for 10 minutes in an oven.
  4. Forthe mayonnaise-mix, mix   the ingredients in the Section 2  properly
  5. Heat the  bun either using Tawa or an oven
  6. Keep a lettuce leaf on the top of the lower half of the bun, Keep tomato and onion on top of that
  7. Spread the mayonnaise-mix about that
  8. Keep the parties and close the  bun
  9.  Serve it hot
