Serving size of the Healthy Hot dogs : 4

Ingredients to prepare Healthy Hot dogs

1. Hot-dog Bun  : 4

2. Cabbage grated : 2 cup

Celery  : 2 cut in to small

3. Vinegar :  1/4 cup

Sugar :  2 spoons

4. Mayonnaise : 3/4 cup

Salt : As required

5 Lettuce :  4 Leaves

6 Long Sausage of Minced meat elongated : 4

Directions to prepare Healthy Hot dogs

1. Split the hot dog bun in to  2 pieces and heat it in a pan

2. Mix the ingredients in the item 2 (Cabbage and  Celery) and immerse it in salt water and keep in fridge for 1 hour. Take it after one hour and squeeze out the salt water from it. Mix it with vinegar and sugar properly. Add mayonnaise and salt in to it and  mix it properly. Keep it in fridge for 10 minutes.This is cole slaw.

3. Spread a lettuce leaf in the hotdog bun. keep the sausage in it. Spread the coleslew on top it, close the bun and serve.

Tips:

Cooked and Minced meat can be used instead of sausage.

I used onion or tomato. So add onion or tomato if required for taste.
