Crushed black pepper : 1/2 tsp (or as per requirement)
Olive Oil : 1 tbsp
Olives : 3 sliced in rings
Direction to prepare the Corn Salad
Blanch the corn without over cooking it.
In a small bowl, whisk Lemon Juice,Salt, Chili flakes, Oregano, Crushed black pepper and Olive Oil to prepare salad dressing and set aside.
In a large bowl mix the remaining ingredients like corn,capsicum,Onion, Olives, Celery stalk, Tomato,Cucumber, leaves and raw mango.
Add the Salad sauce in the bowl and toss it to coat properly.
Sprinkle shredded cheese if required before serving.
