Serving Size of Green Beans Stir Fried

Ingradients to prepare Green Beans Stir Fried

  1. Canola oil or Coconut oil : 2 to 3 Tbsp
  2. Fresh and tender Beans : 200 Gms
  3. Onion : 1 Medium sized
  4. Fresh Ginger : 25 Gms sliced in to match sticks
  5. Garlic clove : 5 cloves sliced thin
  6. Soy sauce : 2 Tbsp
  7. Green Chili : 1 Slited and cut in to pieces
  8. Black Pepper : 1 Tbsp coarsely ground
  9. Fresh Honey : 2 Tbsp
  10. Vinegar : 1 Tbsp

Directions to prepare Green Beans Stir Fried

  1. Heat the wok and pour the oil and heat it properly

  2. Toss the Onion, Beans and ginger in to the wok and spread it and cook it for half minute in high flame until vegetable start to brown. stir if required.

  3. Add Garlic as well as green cili and cook for one more minute.

  4. Add remaining items and stir properly in low flame and transfer in to a dish to serve.
