A Greek cuisine. Typically made from thinly cut fresh onion rings, tomato pieces, cucumber slices cheese and olives, generally seasoned with oregano and salt with a typical dressing of olive oil.
Mix the tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, onion and lettuce as well as feta cheese in a bowl.
Whisk olive oil, black pepper, oregano and lemon juice in a small bowl and pour as a dressing over the above mix of vegetables
Toss the salad properly and serve.
Tips: if you like add beans and raisins (as per your requirement) to get a regional island taste.
