Garlic chicken

Serving size of Garlic Chicken recipe :

Ingredients to prepare garlic chicken

Section 1

Chicken : quarter kilo cut into small pieces

Section 2

Salt : as per requirement

Butter : 3 big    Spoons

Boiled water : quarter cup

Section 3

Onion one : Cut in to square pieces

Garlic   : 12  cloves  finely chopped

Section 4

Soya sauce : one big spoon

Tomato sauce : 3 big spoon

Red chili sauce : two big spoon

Section 5

Pepper powder : 1 big spoon

Capsicum : half  cut in squares

Section 6

Corn flour : one small spoon

Section 7

Sugar : 1  pinch

Salary : 2 twigs finely chopped

Coriander leaves : as per requirement


Directions to prepare garlic chicken

  • Cook the chicken with salt, 1 spoon  butter in boiling water And keep aside. Keep the  chicken stock  aside  separately
  • Take a frying pan Put two  spoons of butter, And cook the items in section 3
  • Cook the onion until it is golden brown
  •  Add  sauces  from section 3 And cook for a minute
  • Add pepper powder and capsicum and chicken  into it  and cook properly.
  • in a bowl, take the chicken stock and add corn flour in to it  And  mix properly
  • Add he chicken stock-corn flour mix  into the chicken and cook until the gravy is   thick
  • Add ingredients from section 7 into chicken and serve hot
