Fried Vegetable Balls recipe – A step by step guide

Fried Vegetable Balls is served as starters during dinner or even as a tea time snack. It is tidbit for children who don’t eat their veggies and a delight in any vegetarian feast. This serves as a perfect started for a vegetarian meal which contains a lot of vegetables. Frying the Vegetable Balls has gives a thick and crunchy outer covering which is very tasty and succulent spice inner core gives a heavenly taste. This recipe serves well for the children too. Other starter recipes worth try are Shashlik, Fish Fry, Chili Paneer Dry Recipe, Aloo 65 and Vegetable Manchurian
Mix the Maida or plain flour with half cup of water in a deep bowl and keep it aside.
Heat Oil in a nonstick pan, Sauté green chilies and ginger-garlic paste on a medium flame for some time till its raw fragrance goes.
Add capsicum, French beans, mix thoroughly and cook, Stir occasionally.
Chili Powder and Soy Sauce to be added to the mixture for some time
Add the mashed potatoes and salt, cook and then cool slightly
Make small balls the size of small lemons, out of the mixture
Roll the balls in the flour water mixture till it is evenly coated
Dip it in the bread crumbs till they are coated on all sides evenly
Deep Fry the balls in heated oil in medium fire till they turn golden brown.
Drain the oil on a tissue paper
