Marinate it with lemon juice and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Make a paste of ingredients in Section A and rub it on the fish.
Fry the fish in coconut oil slightly and keep aside.
Saute Onion,Ginger Green Chili, Garlic in the Coconut oil.
Mix it with turmeric powder, pepper powder and vinegar
Add required salt.
Cover the fish with the above masala and serve hot.
