Coriander Juice Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Hand full or a small bunch of coriander leaves
  • ½ cup of water
  • One small lemon
  • Salt as required (use less salt)
Instructions
Using a Mixer grinder
  1. Clean the coriander leaves properly
  2. Chop the leaves using a knife or chopper
  3. Add the leaves to a mixer grinder
  4. Add water in to it until the leaves are just covered
  5. Grind it properly
  6. Strain it using a strainer and get the juice
  7. Squeeze lemon and get juice out of it
  8. Add lemon juice in to the coriander juice
  9. Add salt and serve.
Without Mixer grinder
  1. In a pan, add water
  2. Add coriander leaves in to it
  3. Boil the water for 10 minutes in low to medium flame
  4. In between, add more water if necessary.
  5. Remove from flame and keep it in the pan until the temperature become normal
  6. Strain the mixture using a strainer and get the juice.
  7. Squeeze lemon and get juice out of it
  8. Add lemon juice in to the coriander juice
  9. Add salt and serve.

Both the preparation method carries same nutritional value
