  • Half Kilogram cubed chicken of medium size.
  • Salt as per requirement
  • ½ teaspoon of finely crushed Black pepper.
  • 2 tablespoon of tomato sauce.
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 table spoon of Ginger garlic paste.
  • ½ teaspoon of chili powder. You can adjust according to your spice tolerance
  • 2 Medium sized capsicum
  • 2 Medium sized onion
  • 2 Medium sized Tomato
  • 1 table spoon Olive oil.
For BBQ sauce
  • 4 table spoon vinegar
  • 4 table spoon tomato ketchup
  • 4 table spoon of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of Garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon of oil
  • Need BBQ grill
Preparation of meat and vegetables
  1. Meat should be medium sized cubes
  2. Slice the capsicum in to 3 cm pieces. Discard the seeds in the capsicum.
  3. Cut each onion in to 4 quarters and separate each of the layers.
  4. Remove the seeds from the tomato and make pieces of 3 cm each.
Marination of the chicken
  1. In a bowl mic the red chili powder,salt, tomato ketchup,fresh crushed black pepper,Worcestershire sauce,ginger garlic paste and make a paste out of it.
  2. Add cubed chicken pieces in to it ad mix well. Let it marinate for and hour or two.
Preparation of BBQ sauce
  1. In a bowl add garlic paste, tomato paste, ketchup, white vinegar,sugar and salt. Mix well to form a paste. BBQ sauce is ready
Final Grilling
  1. Skew the chicken and vegetables in a skewer
  2. Grill the chicken and vegetables. Brush olive oil in between to grease it.
  3. Once the color of the chicken starts changing, brush Worcestershire sauce on it
  4. Grill for a minute and brush with BBQ sauce. Grill for 5 minutes.
  5. Change the side and brush BBQ sauce again. Continue this process for another 8 or 10 minutes or till
  6. the chicken is melted properly and vegetables are grilled and soft
  7. Remove from the stove.
  8. Garnish it with fresh tomato, lettuce and lemon.
