  • Carrot -150 Gm
  • Beans - 150 gm, each
  • Small Onion - 5 or Big onion 1
  • Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
  • Coconut Greated - ½ cup
  • Chilly Green - 3 nos
  • Mustard - ½ tsp
  • Garlic : 4 pods
  • Salt : As required
  • Curry leaves : 2 twigs
  • Oil(Coconut oil or any other edible oil) : 2 tsp
  1. Chop both carrot and Beans finely.
  2. Splutter mustard seeds in a pan and add finely cut onions(offcourse with oil). Fry till it turn golden brown.
  3. Add crushed garlic in to the pan let it cook till it the raw smell of garlic is gone.
  4. Add remaining ingredients except Carrot and beans in to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes in low flame.
  5. Avoid coconut getting browned
  6. Add beans and carrot and combine everything
  7. Sprinkle some water(2-3 spoons), cover and cook for 5-10 minutes approximately in low flame
  8. Stir in between so that it should not stick to bottom.
  9. A pinch of Cumin(jeera) can be added if required which is optional
