Clean the toor dal and cook it in 3 cups of water and cook it for 8 to 10 minutes
Toovar Dal should be half cooked.
Drain the water and roast it in a pan for sometime.
Add Garam Masala, salt, lemon juice and make it into small balls and keep aside.
Mix oil and salt in maida and make it into small balls and flatten it using rolling pin( as in poories).
Keep the dal Dal balls in between the flattened dough and flatten it like that for kachori and fry it in oil.
Keep it in an airtight container after some time for later use.
