Coffee Custard Pudding

Serving size: 2

 

Ingredients:

 

  1. 2½ cups milk
  2. 3 tablespoons ground coffee
  3. 4 eggs
  4. ½ cup sugar
  5. Few drops vanilla extract

 

Directions:

 

  1. Boil the milk and pour it over the ground coffee.
  2. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain through a fine cheesecloth.
  4. Mix the eggs and sugar together.
  5. Slowly add the milk and coffee, then the vanilla extract.
  6. Strain through a strainer.
  7. Fill a pudding dish with the custard mixture.
  8. Set pudding dish in a baking pan partially filled with boiling water.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes
