Serving size of Chinese fried rice :4 to 6 

Ingredients to prepare Chinese Fried Rice

  1. Eggs : 2
  2. Salt : A Pinch
  3. Dalda :  2 teaspoons
  4. rice : 2 cups
  5. water : 6 cups
  6. salt : 2 Tablespoons
  7. salad oil : 4 Tablespoons
  8. Well cleaned Shrimps : 125 grams
  9. Diced french beans : 100 grams
  10. Diced carrot : 2 medium
  11. Sliced onion : 1 Medium
  12. Diced cooked Ham or Chicken : 125 grams
  13. Soya sauce : 2 Tablespoons
  14. Ajinomoto : pinch  (optional)

Directions to prepare Chinese Fried Rice

  1. Beat the eggs and add a Pinch of salt. Heat The Dalda and cook an omelette with eggs.
  2. Do not allow omelette to be Brown.  cool and cut the omelette into small cubes.
  3. Add oil and 2 teaspoon salt to rice and boil till the rice is almost done. But not fully cooked. drain and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil  add  shrimps  and  fry, Cover 4 to 3 minutes.  beans carrot and onion;  cover and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes
  5. Add rice,  bits of omelette and Ham( Can use chicken also) and cook for father 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Add soya sauce and  Ajinomoto and salt ( Salt if required)
  7. Mix well serve hot with Chili sauce. Sprinkle finely crushed  pepper which is optional
