Serving size of Chicken Roll recipe

Ingredients to prepare Chicken Roll

For the filling masala

  1. Chicken half kg
  2. Onion : 250 grams
  3. Salt as per requirement
  4. Pepper powder as per requirement
  5. Coriander leaves one fistful
  6. Green chilli crushed too small  spoons
  7. Ginger crushed half small spoons
  8. Garlic crushed  2small spoons
  9. Garam masala powder 1 big spoon
  10.  Maida as per requirement
  11. Oil as per requirement

For rolling(outer cover)

  1. Maida 2 cups
  2.  Egg : 1
  3. water as per requirement
  4. salt as per requirement

Directions to prepare Chicken Roll

  1. Cook the chicken with pepper and salt and shred the meat from the bone and mince it
  2. Saute the onion in a pan till it is light brown. Add ingredients from 3 to 8 and saute again.
  3. Add the minced chicken in to this and saute again.
  4. Add coriander leaves and garam masala powder into it and mixed properly.
  5. Mix all the ingredients in the “For rolling” section like that of Dosa batter consistency  and make Dosa using this.
  6. Add the Chicken filling into this dosa and fold it into any shape of your choice. Glue the edges using maida and water mixture for a proper shape.
  7. Fry It in oil and serve it with sauce
