We are all fond of the  Noodles.Here is the recipe of chicken noodles. It is prepared using different sauces like oyster sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and rice wine for its   for taste and authenticity. Ingredients
Ingredients:
  • 200 grams of boneless chicken without skin
  • 300 grams of noodles preferably egg noodles
  • Three tablespoon of cooking oil of your choice
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic,
  • Half cup of grated cabbage
  • Quarter (1/4) cup grated carrot
  • One tablespoon of soy sauce
  • One tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • Two tablespoons water
For Marination
  • Half tablespoon of soy sauce
  • One teaspoon of oyster sauce
  • Half tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • One teaspoon Shaoxing wine/ rice wine or any non sweet red wine
  • Three dashes white pepper
  • One teaspoon sugar
  • Half teaspoon of sesame oil
Garnishing:
  • Sesame seeds
  • Scallion/spring onion, sliced diagonally
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles as per the instructions by the manufacturer. normally it is boiled and drained or rinsed in cold water.Keep the noodles aside.
  2. In a bowl, marinate the chicken using the ingredient in the section “For marination” for around half an hour
  3. Heat up the wok. Add a teaspoon of oil into it. Fry the chicken high flame. keep with stirring until it is slight brown in colour.
  4. Clean the walk and heat the wok again adding the remaining 2 teaspoons of oil
  5. Add minced garlic and saute it for a while till the raw smell of garlic is gone.
  6. Drop in the grated cabbage and grated carrot into the wok and saute for a while
  7. Add noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce and water.
  8. Stir fry until the noodles are blended with the sauce and seasonings and completely cooked.
  9. Split the noodles in 2 bowls and top it with chicken pieces.
  10. Garnish it with sesame seeds and spring onion.
  11. Serve it hot.
