Here is the recipe( KFC Chicken Recipe ) of KFC style chicken which is perfect for home .This is a recipe without any  preservatives, added flavoring agents and MSG and can be prepared easily at home for kids.

KFC  or Kentucky Fried Chicken is Is a fast food chain found by Colonel Sanders in 1952 and is headquartered at Louisville, Kentucky

Yummy KFC styled chicken recipe.
Ingredients
  • 750 gms of chicken cut into medium sized pieces
  • 3 medium sized lemon’s juice
  • 1and ½ teaspoon pepper powder
  • One teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
  • Quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 3 / 4 inch of Ginger pasted
  • 6 or 7 cloves of garlic pasted
  • Salt as per requirement
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons of corn flour
  • 3 to 4 tablespoonsBreadcrumbs
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons Crumbled corn flakes
  • Oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Mix the lemon juice, pepper powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger and garlic into paste form
  2. Clean the chicken and strain the water out. Marinate the chicken for 2 hours with the above paste.Keep the chicken for another 45 minutes in the refrigerator
  3. in a vessel beat the eggs with the a fork and keep aside
  4. Place the bread crumbs, corn flakes and corn flour mixed properly in another vessel
  5. Dip each piece of marinate chicken in to the beaten egg and straight away dip the piece into breadcrumbs-corn flakes mixture until it's evenly coated.
  6. Now the raw, coated chicken is ready to fry or you can keep this in refrigerator for a later use
  7. In a deep pan heat the oil up to 360 degrees which is very hot. Place the chicken piece gently into the oil.
  8. Keep the flame low in between so that the outer covering of the chicken will not get brown. Ensure that the chicken inside is cooked properly
  9. Once the chicken is cooked properly strain the oil and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
