Banana Pancake |How to make Healthy Banana Pancake

An easy recipe for Kids who hate the regular foods. Banana Pancake  is nutritious and easy to cook too. This sweet and fluffy Banana pancake is a perfect way to start your morning or can be served as an evening snack for your kids.

Use this recipe(Banana Pancake) to use the over ripened bananas which other wise goes waste.

This recipe is a very good source of Potassium, Manganese Dietary Fiber Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C.

  • Maida/All purpose flour : ¾ cup
  • Baking powder : 1.2 tsp
  • Salt : ½ tsp
  • Overripe banana mashed : ¾ cup
  • Hung curd : ¼ cup
  • Sugar: ¼ cup
  • ButterU Unsalted and melted : 4 table spoons
  • Egg : 1
  • Vanilla essence/ extract : 1 tsp
  • Cahew nuts: fried and chopped
  1. In a large bowl mix flour, salt and baking soda
  2. In another bowl mix the vanilla,butter,buttermilk, bananas(mashed), sugar and egg. Mixing should be proper and consistant.
  3. Add the above banana mash mix in to the flour and combine it properly withouy any lumps.
  4. In a tava or a frying pan, drop the batter as if for a thisk dosa.
  5. Cook properly both the sides by fliping it up.
  6. Banana pancakes are ready.
  7. Serve it with honey, cream, butter or strawberry sauce
You can add raisins, tuti-fruti or chopped cherries for taste as well as for a presentation
