Summer is the time to be cautious. One has to be careful during summer season because of water born deceases, sun stroke , dehydration, Allergy,Skin problems and a row of other summer related problems. A little caution may help you sail through the summer without any problem. Here are few tips and tricks on how to beat summer. 10 cool summer food tips which helps you beat the the heat.

Meat and animal by products are a rich source of Omega 3S vitamin B zinc and easily absorbed iron. But that daily requirement of meat products for body is only 30 grams..But you should in take 7 serving of 30 grams each of  vegetable daily on an average.That is on an average you should have 7 times more vegetables than your meat intake.
